Phenomenal customer service. Walked in with an issue on my mobile banking and the Lady Trish had me in and out in less than 10 minutes, problem solved.
I have had accounts for 11 years in this bank, it is very good but the customer service is becoming more racist every day, especially when they see that you are Latino.
Worst. Bank. I looked an employee right in the eyes and told them, "give me ONE reason I should use this bank" and crickets. Because there is NO reason TO use this bank. I should've walked out then, you still can.
