Small business beware - avoid WSFS like the plague! I have been told by 2 WSFS reps that I have 60 days to dispute a checking account transaction. NEITHER rep could tell me what company the charges even came from! The first guy told me he'd stop the charges - he didn't. The 2nd rep told me I'd receive a letter stating WHO WSFS gave my money to - instead I get a letter today stating all the disputes have been denied - because they're outside the allowed time frame (NOT TRUE). I have never been to a bank that gives the level of service that they do at the Long Neck WSFS!
When I first moved to Delaware in 1998, I had my account at another bank. The service was terrible, the fee's were high, and I was always getting hit with hidden fees, that would sometimes leave me overdrawn.
