Great staff
Horrible service.
Drove out of my way to go during business hours on a Saturday. Cars in the parking lot. All doors were locked and drive thru closed. No note, no explanation, nothing on the website.
I was a loyal customer for over 12 years. My job situation changed, had auto draft payments that I couldn't stop, and one $35.00 overdraft fee turned into over $1000.00 in OD fees. I received no help from the branch and no help removing ANY of these fees. I was appalled by this. I was hoping the bank that I was loyal to all of these years and TRUSTED would help somehow. All in all, I opened an account with a local bank where I feel valued as a customer.
