I can’t speak more volumes about Abbi. She helped me figure out what 4 other branch managers couldn’t. Abigail was so very knowledgeable navigating me to get my business online figured out, she just made it all seamless. Kudos to Abu as well, he was super nice . Thanks WSFS for getting me through all of this.
I am a long time customer, typically had a good experience. However not thus time. WSFS has made policy changes but refuses to provide it in writing. Hmm does that work if I dont want to pay a loan. I called and reported my experience but honestly I doubt they will do anything. So I will be sending a letter of my experience with Rodger L (Ceo of the bank) also CFPB. Hopefully this local bank will start doing better. Also curious why the entire bank is not aware of their policies and changes. Do better as this can jeopardize ... read more
