The worst costumer service I went to open checking account and safe Deposit box and I I was waiting in line when the lady called me. I asked her nicely For me to open up, checking account and a safe deposit box The way she was talking with a bad attitude no smile, her face like she was dealing with an enemy I will report this to corporate
Love my branch @ University Plaza.
In drive through at University Plaza location….No one answered the call button even after 3 tries and sending the box up. All I wanted was some check book registers. Its 2:33 and the bank doesn’t close until 5. I was in a hurry so I didn’t go inside, I simply drove off.
