Sue was VERY rude in dealing with a sensitive matter that was caused by a bank error. Her unprofessionalism when handling said matter was appalling. When dealing with a high dollar account, that was recently opened and had a name spelt incorrectly due to WSFS manual entry, she made it seem that it was our fault that WSFS entered the name incorrectly. Sue was extremely unprofessional in her handling of a sensitive issue that originated entirely from a WSFS bank error. Rather than acknowledging or taking responsibility for the bank error, her communication and demeanor made the situation feel targeted and gave the clear impression that we were at fault for a mistake caused by WSFS’s own manual data entry, in which the account holder’s name was entered incorrectly on a newly opened, high-value account. On December 18, 2025, I deposited a legitimate government disability check for X-amount using the bank’s mobile app. Even after I went to the branch in person and showed proof that the check was real, the bank still flagged it for fraud and did nothing to fix it. They froze my account, and because my wife and I have a joint account, they froze her account too. We were completely locked out — no debit cards, no bill payments, no access to our own money.
