Have been banking here for decades. In-person, phone and online service is wonderful. Karen helped me navigate my small business with expertise and friendliness. Taylor helped me in person with an online issue that I thought would have to involve the IT team... she went above and beyond to get me on track. Great people, always customer-focused!
Oct 4 ,2023: Can't make an appt with Karen Thompson with WSFS Prices Corner branch. Tried to make an appt online and no one called to confirm. WSFS is a horrible bank. This branch is consistently slow and the tellers don't care while you stand there in line and they do nothing. This happens nearly every time I go there.
