Super friendly, associates are quick to answer the phone even when it’s close to 5 p.m. Staff is bilingual — fluent in Spanish and English. Great branch
The union street locations is a wonderful place to do banking. WONDERFUL customer service. Specifically Jay, Dave, Johnny, and Brenda! Always so kind and helpful. Thank you for always making my day brighter.
I took my sister to this bank today to open an account. One of the tellers there (the Hispanic lady) had a horrible attitude and an unprofessional demeanor. I would not recommend this location to anyone, that is black in the community, the way she spoke to her was very undermining and prejudice. Her customers service is bad for business, I know people need workers, but with that attitude you run business away. Everyone is not trying to scam banks, so stop treating people that way.
