Good local branch office, always helpful
Approved my loans the had me step Into a branch only to switch the decision when they seen I was a different race than they thought . I have a good credit , great income , all my valid proof of documentation and how other would we go from 3 loan approvals to now no approval at all not even a membership approval. This so disappointing and I’m very disgusted with how I been treated .

Horrible experience started off nice and everything went well received my documents for my loan then the next day it’s all this attitude, requirements , after I’ve already signed documents , it was just a horrible experience don’t do good business we was all set for funding then later they gave me attitude and pulled out
