Bad systems ADA issues. Illegal
I am a member of a different CU when I stopped in to get quarters. I was greeted by Destiny immediately! I have never imagined someone so interesting could work at a bank. She asked me how my day was going and I honestly was not having a good day, she seemed to genuinely care and listen. When she brought me back the quarters she asked me if there was anything else she could do for me but in the most sincere way. She did more than just give me quarters, she comforted me and I just wanted to thank her!
Babu was very helpful! I lost my credit and debit cards and they helped me get them reprinted and were very kind and quick.
