I used to like this bank. Now not so much. I am writing this review while on hold its been 24min and going. There customer service has gone down hill there app takes forever to load and only half the time works properly. I am thinking of switching banks soon. Just wanted to update i was on hold for 63 mins before I got to talk with a person
I have had the absolute best experience with WSECU since I joined in 2018. My husband works for the DOD in Germany and we have lived there for over 25 years. We were home in Washington state and we had a flood in our basement. I was able to take out two small loans to help pay for some of the repairs. I also love the convenience of having the CoOp Branching services. Absolutely horrendous, borderline criminal.My checking account was compromised I filled out the fraud forms at branch never received word on outcome.when asked I was told that they tried to call me and since I didn't get the call the case was closed I did not get my money back.2 months later I replaced my debit card and the computer screen was not closed.someone else was given access to my account where they made both deposits and withdrawals from my account.l was told my account was not compromised this is what I was told i... read more
Used to be great. They hired some new people and they lack customer service skills completely. They do not know how to handle simple situations. Weird really…
