Absolutely horrendous, borderline criminal.My checking account was compromised I filled out the fraud forms at branch never received word on outcome.when asked I was told that they tried to call me and since I didn't get the call the case was closed I did not get my money back.2 months later I replaced my debit card and the computer screen was not closed.someone else was given access to my account where they made both deposits and withdrawals from my account.l was told my account was not compromised this is what I was told i... read more
Used to be great. They hired some new people and they lack customer service skills completely. They do not know how to handle simple situations. Weird really…

Really great customer service. I do shared branch baking here and they are always so friendly and helpful. It is the down home banking experience I enjoy here. Update: I had an issue last week when someone tried to scam my grandson, I immediately called and they were on it. I love that when I call I get an actual person who listens and cares. I am so glad we chose them for our baking needs!
