Worst experience I’ve ever had refinancing a vehicle. I had to send the same documents multiple times, customer service was completely unhelpful, and no one followed through on anything. The process dragged on for 8 weeks, and after promising to send funds “urgently,” they mailed a check ground with no tracking unless I paid extra. Unbelievable. Do not use this bank. Not worth it.
There was an extraordinary customer service from Connor Grubb today. I really recomend that WSECU branch.

My boyfriend wanted to make a new checking and savings account to help manage his finances. We arrived around late morning to stand in line and all of the employees were busy. Once an employee in the room was finished, she came to greet us and checked us what the purpose of our visit was. Approved my loans the had me step Into a branch only to switch the decision when they seen I was a different race than they thought . I have a good credit , great income , all my valid proof of documentation and how other would we go from 3 loan approvals to now no approval at all not even a membership approval.
