I’ve had an account for a significant amount of time. I have rarely had issues with my account, but the few times I do, it’s quickly resolved. The call center is extremely helpful and often doesn’t have a wait. This location is clean, large, and staffed with friendly and knowledgeable people.
I have been with WSECU for a long time (20 years I think?). There was only one time I had an issue, it was resolved, and have been great since. I especially wanted to shout out to the lady that helped me yesterday 5/4/25 (I wish I knew her name). Fantastic job, professional, polite, patient, helpful, the list goes on. All the emoloyees i've worked with through the years have been great, but she was awesome!
