I went in a few nights ago to let my child cash in her piggy bank at their coin star. She was extremely happy to get to use her own money. However when we took the slip to the teller her attitude was extremely off putting. She seemed frustrated because she didn’t know how to do it for a non member (the slip says you are able to) and called over another person to help. I’ve had an account for a significant amount of time. I have rarely had issues with my account, but the few times I do, it’s quickly resolved. The call center is extremely helpful and often doesn’t have a wait. This location is clean, large, and staffed with friendly and knowledgeable people.
I have been with WSECU for a long time (20 years I think?). There was only one time I had an issue, it was resolved, and have been great since. I especially wanted to shout out to the lady that helped me yesterday 5/4/25 (I wish I knew her name). Fantastic job, professional, polite, patient, helpful, the list goes on. All the emoloyees i've worked with through the years have been great, but she was awesome!
