I have been trying to over a week to get a code to set up my loan payments online. wait times are ridiculous. if I dont pay you you will take my car bit how can I pay when I cant get anyone to give me a code to set up my payments

We have a new auto loan from WSECU and we have been trying to pay our first payment for 3 weeks now. We tried creating an account online and was denied because new accounts don't get online banking. There is no branch within 100 miles from us so that was out of the question. They would only give us the last 4 digits of our account number etc.. So I called their 800 number today to attempt to make a payment. They said if I pay by card it's a $25 fee, if I pay by check it's a $15 fee! What a joke! How many vehicles do these pe... read more

I want to take a moment to say WSECU is always friendly but in my opinion, there is a real star among you. I just got off the phone with Maurice at your 800 number. He spent 40 minutes helping with my transaction, explaining things, providing options and information, sharing stories, and spreading cheer. I am very disappointed with this bank. I have been with them for over two years and the one time I need customer support it was the worst experience I have ever had. I asked to speak to a manager and she was so rude and degrading. She treated me like a child who cannot manage their money. Definitely am changing banks after that.

I cannot put into words how great the Puyallup WSECU branch is. Ever since starting our banking relationship with them, as a family, we have been very happy with every single encounter that we've had. The staff is incredible and are just genuinely good people! WSECU has always been my favorite bank but today they made my life so much easier. WE got our mail stolen again- getting a locking mailbox now-we went into the Westside Olympia branch and Marcy helped us get it all sorted. She was kind, helpful, humorous and efficient. Golly! People naturally complain more about problems than to praise good performance, so I thought I would balance some of the "poor" reviews. I have been an entirely pleased customer for more than thirty years. WSECU has also managed my home mortgage and 3-4 car loans. Friendly and effective service always. Never had a complaint. Great bill-pay service. Overall rating: excellent.
