This bank is a credit union .. they promised to help build your credit but yet they only assist people with excellent credit! I regret banking with this bank! Numerous times I met their “criteria’s” and yet they always had an excuse to not help you with anything but yet they love receiving my direct deposits!
Terra Cardenas was amazing supper friendly.
Staff is Friendly, Helpful, and is great to work with for all financial needs. Jennifer Perez helped me with an Auto loan and made sure I felt comfortable with all my options, helped me understand all the details and made me feel confident in my decisions. She also was available to answer any questions I had throughout the entire process. I highly recommend working with her or any of the WSECU staff here in Yakima.
I love my bank. They are great with everyone.
