I came to this place for a debt consolidation load (which I was denied) and now I get multiple calls daily from various "companies" pre-approving me for a debt consolidation loan. (Like I'd ever give business to some number/company that I dont even know calling me out of nowhere). I have literally blocked 20 numbers this month and they still come in. Had a pretty unprofessional experience. Usually to verify my identity I am asked for my birthdate, last 4 of SSN #, and a security question. Never takes more than a couple seconds and it’s always been done that way. When I came in, the lady made me state my full social security number out loud multiple times to verify my identity. Searched through the database for a long ass time and couldn’t find me. Almost had me write my full SSN down for her then changed her mind.. thankfully. As always, WSECU is a clean and well-kept establishment. The staff are kind and courteous and efficient. I had a short wait in mind say 5 minutes. Then I was able to take care of my business. It was conducted and I was on my way. I highly recommend WSECU to anybody out there looking for a reliable and responsible credit Union.
