Wsecu is the hardest bank to deal with. They have ruined my credit by telling me I have autopay set up multiple times but then they call me and tell me my payment is past due. I will never have anything to do with this bank again. I can’t even refinance thru a different bank because of my credit.
Horrible customer service. Do not join this bank.
