When you file your taxes with them, they don't tell you how much they charge, they just automatically deduct it. They charged me $688 and my daughter's mother $1,000 with a W-2. Be careful, it could be very expensive and you could end up receiving less money. Don't let anyone automatically charge you from your refund.
