Lack of structure and professionalism. Gwen was absolutely awful

They admittingly made a mistake on my taxes then forced my mother to pay for the expenses of refiling. Then they dropped our entire family as customers.
I would never recommend this company! They have been doing my taxes for some time now. When I asked for help with past tax problems, I was told that they would not help me and would never do business with me again. Very unprofessional!
