Had my tax information for over a month, put down dependants that I didn't have. I wrote down how to contact me and all my tax information. Horrible customer service.

Wow! Never actually heard from anyone until I threatened to turn her into IRS. Then she called and refused to give her ID and said she hasn't actually done anything, although girl at front desk said she did and told me amount. I was concerned because she had NO info other than returns. This company was ran by her grandfather seamlessly from a small town for decades. Poor Johnny... She said she was slammed and wouldn't handle them. So I hung up on her.

My fiance Called for over a week trying to find out information for his taxes, trying to be understanding we waited a week and a half. Never received a call ( we live about an hour away from her new office and was trying to avoid the drive.) So I called to see if I could get a call back for him (he was sitting next to me ready to talk) again got told we would get a call back.Finally got an extremely rude and stuck up phone call back telling him he should have kept up with his copies, and that he could have just drove there. ... read more
