They get one star because zero is not an option. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered in my 70 years on earth. We just got our 2024 K-1 today, Oct 2nd, but had to call to get it. They said they were done 2 days before the deadline, Sept 12th, but no one bothered to let us know, either by mail or email.
