"I feel better than after a massage" I shared with PT Colton today after about six weeks of therapy. Colton blessed me on day one, when I was only able to lift my leg a few inches off the table the first try. Then after a few minutes of massage on my hip he asked me to lift my hip again, and I raised it pointing my foot up to the ceiling.
