It would be nice if they would just answer the phone :(
I have been banking at this credit union for the last 12 years--what a great place. They earned my business over and over again: from savings and IRA's to several car loansand mortgage. Absolutely best rates in town. Great feeling to know that my bank is working for me--the shareholder. Their banking centers with very knowledgeable staff and open floor concept (and free water or juice for kids) is a notch above everything else I've seen. It's nice to feel appreciated.
