This is a terrible bank for service. I only stay with them because of the interest rates but that might only keep me so long. After 6 years I have had at least 6 new debit cards and numerous credit cards because the bank will switch cards. They say they give you notice then don't send your card and shut the old one off. Then you have to drive to the bank, get treated rudely, wait in a line, just to get a new card. Also, they turn off your card when you travel and you have to tell them (great for military folks like me). This... read more

I have been banking at this credit union for the last 12 years--what a great place. They earned my business over and over again: from savings and IRA's to several car loansand mortgage. Absolutely best rates in town. Great feeling to know that my bank is working for me--the shareholder. Their banking centers with very knowledgeable staff and open floor concept (and free water or juice for kids) is a notch above everything else I've seen. It's nice to feel appreciated.
