WPCU is a member-owned, community-driven financial-organization, certainly not your typical bank. The staff is friendly and helpful, every transaction is geared towards aiding the members, not the institution.
Tamara and two other ladies who were clerks on a Wednesday were very friendly and helpful, but the next week on a tuesday Tamara was not available and I was given another gentlemen to help with a personal loan need and he was very unhelpful and seemed like he couldn't care less about doing his job. Got my needs taken care of but felt like he just wanted me out of there.
Loan officer was not pleasant or helpful at all
I have been a member of WPCU for about 4 1/2 years. I love this credit union because the staff are so friendly, helpful & professional. When I call them on the phone or if I email them with a concern or a business transaction, they are friendly and helpful-always. I usually go to the Lane Avenue location in Upper Arlington.
