I just tried to open an account with them this morning. They had me 'sign in' and then I sat for 10 minutes before walking out. They had two bank officers that could have seen me right away. but one of them went to the front counter to receive his little goodies from an other employee and they chit-chatted for 5 minutes. The other officer was chit chatting with the other employee in her office. They opened at 9 am and I was signed in at 9:05. There were no other customers at all in the building.
