Nice and clean office
I used to have a loan here years ago, and my car was totaled through insurance. I was told everything was paid, however I reapplied for a new loan and the woman who called told me they denied me due to a previous amount, I asked her what the account number was, she did not know, and the amount and she did not have that information. She wanted to transfer me to collections and she stated that I had to have my social security number.
