Great credit union with helpful staff.
Read other reviews nobody there knows what the hell they're doing This place is an absolute joke! I will post more in detail of what happened to me but as of right now why my money's still in their bank I will not! GET YOUR PEOPLE TRAINED and DITCH THE ATTiTUDES !!! There are plenty of credit unions and banks around for us to do our business with. Between my wife and I we have a total of five accounts including a business account and a car loan with them. Need better training took 2 hrs to open an account plus another hr on the phone with their corporate trying to figure out how to do it. Lady barley knew what she was doing and told me multiple times she was new but nobody would come help her inside the building. Closed went to a different bank.
I have been with this bank for years. Recommended it to my kids. But today I log on to pay my bills and somehow my card got cancelled? Nobody knows why. Nobody has any answers. This place has ruined my business and Christmas in 1 day.
