I'm very disappointed in the service I recieved today.. i pull into the bank 12/4/2020 right around 6 pm .. i sit in line till after 6:12 pm roughly 10 minutes to 12 minutes.. at this point a man from the bank comes out and tells me the last customer was the car in front of me , that I needed to back my car around others behind me who were also waiting ( a very unsafe situation )... Once I use their outside cash machine as opposed to going in. Never in a million years did I think that the machine would give me the wrong amount of money. No not more, but less. Here's the story. I used the machine to withdraw $60. The machine proceeded to give me what I thought was 3 20 bills. When I got to where I needed to pay my bill I handed the cashier what I thought was $60 because it went straight from the machine into my pocket and I did not take it out again until I got to where I had to pay my bill. The first loan I applied for was a consolidation loan I was denied on that so A few months later I applied for a home equity loan was also denied now it comes down to where I'll probably have to sell my home and refinance my auto with someone else I've always paid my bills early every month for the last 6 years I definitely would not recommend Wright-Patt to anyone
