Staff are not detail oriented. Two mistakes made less than a week apart, although not serious, they were inconvenient. The first time they deposited a check in an account I had without asking which one. The second time they wrote a check for the wrong amount after clearly articulating the amount twice and they even asked for confirmation but the amount was still wrong.
