WPCU continues to be amazing as always! I recently had concerns about my bank account, and everyone was efficient, friendly, and helpful in getting everything sorted out. From the call center service, to the bank teller who checked me in when the kiosk glitched (didn't catch her name, so sorry!), and to Haley (the financial coach)--everyone did an excellent job! My recent interaction with Francesca was so unpleasant and annoying this review was necessary. Upon entry I approached the counter, she was eating. No hello good morning, what's up, hey girl how are you. Not a peep. I asked " hey are you open ? " no smile no grin no oops sorry just a simple inconvenienced " yea " oh ok. Location is a bit sketchy, needs more or better security. I saw a guy yelling at a young female employee and making threats, but there was no one there to intervene or de-escalate. This branch needs to invest in the safety of their employees especially given the area.
At first I loved this location but the atmosphere has changed some of the employees started being funny acting in a smart manner after a while the man teller ill give his name when I get it but he help me a my mom with applying for a loan and said he was going to call us and never did I feel as if he did something odd because how can u not take out a loan when they see i get paid faithfully every 2 weeks for year or 2 now than he act funny and avoid me and my mom after that like we did something to him other employees talk t... read more
