I wanted to shout out Rick who is always super helpful. Today there was a line out the door and he was able to help me solve a problem with a suggestion that a less experienced teller did not offer me yesterday. With a line out the door he could have taken an easy way out but he did the right thing and went the extra couple steps. I really like this location and everyone here... it just felt like he deserves the extra recognition as far as his patient attitude, problem solving skills, and work ethic. #leadership Thanks Rick ... read more
