This review is an amended post from March 2026 regarding a fraud case that has now been removed from the WPCU Google reviews. The fraud case involved several financial accounts from four different financial institutions. There were issues with WPCU resolving money that was fraudulently removed from my account totaling over $2,000. Eventually, the case was resolved. In January and February 2026, I had four financial accounts hacked through identity theft. The accounts included a major credit card, an online payment system, a retirement account, and my primary checking account at Wright-Patt Credit Union. The amount taken from my WPCU account was over $2,000. I notified WPCU on the same day of the withdrawals and placed a dispute for four purchases of concert tickets (which I did not purchase) from 2 different major online ticket agencies. ATM machine hardly is ever working. The amount of times I came and I couldn’t withdrawal money or deposit is insane.
