Best Credit Union in the greater Dayton area.
I went in today with my sister to open a new account and they were staffed extremely adequately, we came in without an appointment and only had to wait about 3 minutes before we were promptly assisted by an associate. Blayke was a fantastic help, he was very patient when we had difficulty getting the necessary information and helped us open the new account in under 25 minutes. He's an absolute asset and this location is lucky to have him!
This was actually my very first banking experience, so I was a little nervous. We walked in, we didn't schedule a proper appointment but there was a convenient little terminal for us to use and explain our business, and it informed us we had one person ahead of us. The wait time was wonderful only about 5 minutes at most. We were helped by a gentlemen by the name of Blayke Dudley. He was just wonderful, we were able to open an account so fast with his help. I hate coming here anymore the app never works half the time …..they say o we will fix it but never fixed its scary not being able to see yea own money……and it’s really frustrating. Changed my number twice still has not been resolved. I want to find another bank but that’s just so much work and pain ……get your app fixed wright patt it shouldn’t be that hard …..
