People here are nice but they are supposed to help you build your credit and do refinance loans. I have belonged to this bank for 3 years. I STILL cannot get a loan or credit card with them. I've worked hard on my credit score and its SI much better. Their answer is still NO.
Friendly employee when I went in, but in this branch, the "tellers" are remote. I'm not a fan...another aspect of removing the human element from life. 😓
