You really can't beat Wright Patt Credit Union. This is the best financial institution I have ever used. Super easy to get in and out with the answers I need each time. Very quick with all my loan approvals. Quick with getting my checks processed. The ONLY complaint I have in General is there is not one even close to the Maineville-Lebanon Area. And the ONLY Complaint I have about this location specifically is the video tellers. Im old school and prefer an actual human in front of me helping me out.
I erased my past review to replace with this one. Isaiah at the Springboro branch is AMAZING. I have never had an experience so good at a bank I would take the time to make a review. Until now. I know more about mobile banking and got all the things done. Even things I didn't think I needed done but he pointed out. He is definitely a KEEPER.
Very helpful location. Bit of a pain to get into but the staff has treated me great.
Adrian went above and beyond to help me with my wire transfer! I never felt rushed. He was very patient with me while I asked a lot of questions. He even made sure the place I was sending it to was legit. Customer service at its finest! Thank you!
Just the fact that you can’t have an in person teller makes me want to close my account here and go to a different bank. It feels so unnecessary to go inside talk to someone at the front desk then be pointed over to a kiosk and have to talk to another person over video call..?? Why? Nobody likes that experience.
