Save yourself the time and hassle. Horrible palce to bank with or trust your $ with. Worst experience with an auto loan ive ever had as well! They really dont deserve 1 star but it wont allow for zero stars! I promise you I bank at Huntington and chase and a few others and they are ALL much better than this horrible so called member center! Do business ANYWHERE but here!
I have accounts here but can never get a car loan. Everyone else gives me an over 700 credit score. They never do. Plus I have never been behind on anything. You need to change who you get the credit information from
Do not try to get a home equity line of credit through them. They ran our credit, made us jump through hoops with supplying a ton of paperwork, approved the loan itself, then once it was finalized they denied it because we have over 30 acres of land. So, we did the paperwork, everything in between and two hard inquiries for absolutely nothing.
