WPCU repeatedly withdrew payments from my account after the loan was paid. The loan was paid in full in September by phone and payments were stopped. The October payment was withdrawn - I called a second time to resolve. The November payment was withdrawn - I called a third time to resolve and request a check for the overpayment. Nothing was received in December so a fourth call was made to check the status of the request. Check never sent but was promised it would be in the mail. Been with the company and sister company for years I moved and fairwinds informed wright patt of me doing so. Wright patt closed my account with my Money in it and will not refund or give me it considering I wasn't reached any other way by phone or email regarding my move or policy changes.

No morals. Bad experience and company was at fault for a mistake that I have been paying for 2 years. Now my car is repoed because of their carelessness. Wouldn't do business with them anymore after getting a loan to pay my car off.

I have had the WORST experience of my life with this credit union. I first received false information from the call center. Second, I went into the Springboro office, and the loan officer was rude. She did not even introduce herself! After asking me if I had any questions when the paperwork was all signed, she handed me her card and said "just call me if you do" and basically pushed me out the door. I have been a customer for Wright Patt Credit Union almost 15 years, and the customer service has become more unfriendly. Do not trust this bank. I used their ATM machine to deposit the money I need for rent and the machine stole it and did not deposit the money into my account. Wright-Patt is currently take their sweet time resolving this issue while my landlord is pounding on my door demanding my rent.

I would not recommend this company for mortgage loans. They were given information regarding the property that I planned to purchase and was asked about mortgage options not requiring inspections. Was told they offered such options. I paid out almost $2k in earnest money, appraisal fees, and septic updates/inspections only for them then to order inspections that I told them would not pass prior to applying and tell me we were unable to proceed.
