While on vacation out of country we were threatened with jail time by the local police if we did not pay them. We had no cash on us, just some credit and debit cards. The police had us swipe our Wright-Patt card in a mobile unit they had sitting in their front seat. We reported it as fraud and the money was placed back into the account. 30 days later Wright-Patt reversed their decision, stating the swipe/chip insert was not fraudulent. We moved our non-profit checking and savings to wright patt, and I'm so glad we did. They found out we were a non-profit 501-c3 and donated all kinds of stuff to help out with the community and our mission to build 12x40 homes for veterans in need at support our veterans corporation in woodstock ohio
I've been a member of WPCU for a couple decades now. I started using the Urbana branch in 2019 for my business needs. They have always been great, and everyone has always been of great help. Occasionally I do my personal banking at this branch (my home branch is in Fairborn) and they are aways very helpful when I need anything on those accounts as well.
