We requested a payoff for an auto loan we had with Wright-Patt. We paid the amount we were told and it was applied to the account in two days. That was well within the allotted timeframe for the payoff quote. We received our statement yesterday showing we still had a balance of $0.56 on the loan. When I called I was advised that they would be able to transfer the $0.56 from our savings to pay off the loan. It was their mistake for not giving us the correct payoff amount. I like everything about Wright Patt credit union EXCEPT for the drive through. It doesn't matter if there's one car in line or eight cars, the will only have ONE person taking care of both drive through stations. If they didn't suck at that then they'd be the best banking institution ever.
