Worse experience I have ever had with wright patt I’ve used other ones before. Horrible communication almost like they don’t care for customer service . Tried to get boat loan and again horrible communication took almost two weeks to get processed. To add on they were asking questions about the loan they should know how to file and were asking me what I’ve done in the past will never use this location again
Horrible experience here. Walked in and just asked to buy a couple rolls of coins and was made to feel like I somehow committed a massive faux pas and horribly inconvenienced this man (note: on a day where the location was not busy) by asking to use an extremely simple service my bank provides. He somehow made me go from having a great day to feeling like I could cry in record time - impressive. I get that a teller job can be stressful, but from someone who's worked jobs with stressful customers before, maybe just find a dif... read more
Absolutely horrible. There is no real humans. They want you to walk in and talk to a screen. Avoid at all costs, if other locations do this I'll be swapping banks
