They have the absolute WORST automated robot through the phone number. Takes me forever just to talk to a real person and the robot can’t help me or understand anything i say. It has worked 0/10 times i have tried to use it.
Drive thru available until 6pm weekdays, but I believe the inside lobby closes at 4pm.
My husband and I had an appointment for 12:15pm to complete the process of opening a business account. We sat for 45 minutes before a representative approached us to advise another representative would be coming out to help us shortly. She also apologized for the wait. Turns out that my account was closed for inactivity..they charged inactivity fees until there was no more money to charge account and account was then closed. Initially they said all i needed was $5 dollars to keep account open. Turned out to be not true. Was not informed and now they tell me they cannot reimburse me because account is closed and money has been given to the state. Wow.
