This is a terrible bank for service. I only stay with them because of the interest rates but that might only keep me so long. After 6 years I have had at least 6 new debit cards and numerous credit cards because the bank will switch cards. They say they give you notice then don't send your card and shut the old one off. Then you have to drive to the bank, get treated rudely, wait in a line, just to get a new card.
