Don't interview for a job with this firm if you are 40+. The firm prides itself of its "youthful" environment (if you doubt me, read through the company's website). The firm "office manager" literally turned a bright red face when I entered the office; she was clearly shocked that I was the person who had successfully interviewed for the phone screening.
