Let me first start off by saying, this company undercharges for all the information you will receive! I learned so much when I took the 60 day dispatch course. I didn't have any knowledge about the trucking industry. I originally went in to dispatch my own truck, and left with 6 more trucks to dispatch. Worked for this company as the train to work program which is $1500. 100% commission basis so you'll put in alot of work with no compensation. Prior to signing up I informed ****** that I had a vacation to ****** and if it'll be a problem she said no and proceed to make me an offer to join. 2 weeks before my vacation I had drivers that wanted to be onboarded with the company, ****** stated she will have them assigned to a different dispatcher because it didn't make sense for them to be assigned to me and then transfer them t... read more

The above person was a contractor for the company for a very short period of time before deciding not travel out of the country. If the company was aware the above contractor would have never been able to complete the program. The contractor received several payments for their contracted commission. Wright Lane does NOT have to assign or add trucks to the company for several reasons including equipment, location, lack of supplies, safety ratings etc. This contractor has a personal issue if you can read the poor grammar and t... read more
Training was absolutely amazing, the Wright Lane team was very helpful and friendlyI learned so much I didnt want to leave when it was over..
I recently paid for a freight broker training class for my sister to attend and have been trying to get in contact with someone from this business and have yet to hear from anyone about the change of schedule I've been leaving voicemails and calling to no avail I'm confused and wondering what's going on I've paid my money up front and no one has let us no what's the rescheduled steps.
