While I only worked with Elijah for a short time frame, in the time I did he was amazing! Took the time too really get to know me right from the beginning and my goals. Asked me tons of questions and answered all of mine in great detail! Set me up with a plan a day after contacting him! Great at checking in daily and will explain anything you ask him too! I have been working with Elijah for 1.5 months. I have lost 13 pounds, but more importantly I feel great. He has taught me a diet that sustains my energy through out my day while eliminating the hunger and cravings I would get on other diets. He has also given me an exercise routine that is achievable on a daily basis. Who can’t spare 20 minutes? His positive attitude and encouragement are an absolute bonus. He has made me a believer in myself. 🩷
Got training from Elijah while I was in university, he is very knowledgeable and is super easy to get along with. His high level of energy is an awesome motivator and he keeps a very positive attitude. Always knew how to motivate me to be better.
If you are willing to commit, you will get the best body your genetics can provide. Elijah is a no nonsense, no excuses coach who has the experience and the pedigree to get you to the next level. Do not work with him if you are not serious of getting in shape.
