We contracted these folks to assist us with the holiday ball lights for our trees at our residence (in conjunction with Arborist of CT.) Working with this operated and owed family business was truly a pleasure. Their response time to our reach out was less than 24 hours. They answered all of our initial questions with clarity. Mike and Bob showed up as scheduled today, after a significant snow storm. I walk to work, and was 10mins late arriving. The project I anticipated, required more prep than I had permission for in my commercial rental. Mike & Bob were willing to pivot and install the same fixture 8.8 miles away, at a property I own.
