Ben was a godsend in helping us navigate the medicaid application process, as well as setting up our wills and Power of Attorney documents, and establishing a trust. Ben Wright was a great help for information on Medicaid and how trusts work. My mom and I went to find out information about applying for Medicaid for my dad and how the trust on my grandparents house worked, and he was very patient and answered all of our questions. He also had a lot of suggestions and questions for us. I highly recommend him for anyone who is trying to apply for Medicaid or if you have questions or even if you are denied to see if you can appeal. He is very friendly and knowledgable.
I came to work with Ben for a rather unique/special case. Ben took the time to have two "discussion" meetings where we established my uncommon situation and the best way to proceed with estate planning. We had ample time to review the documents and indicate any changes needed.
