Do not take your business to Elaine. Not only is she extremely rude. Her staff and Elaine herself, are completely disorganized. They do not communicate with each other and have made several mistakes with our books. We have a paper trail of all the emails back and forth between Elaine and Bonnie and they were never on the same page. Do not do your taxes or get bookkeeping done here. I had my taxes done here for several years, no complaints. 2021 IRS informed taxes were filed incorrectly they made adjustments. I went back (thinking everyone makes mistakes sometimes) 2022 told Elaine of mistake she had made she laughed it off telling me she forgot to check a box.
