Shoutout to Kelly(ie?) I’m traveling for work and shipped a large pelican case via Alaska air cargo and would not have made it in time to pick up my case and catch my flight with wright air to a remote community if not for her. She went out of her way to go pick up my cargo and I can’t express how grateful I am for customer service like that. I’ll update my review after my flights!
Incredible job well done by seasoned pilot Louie. Wright Air Service knows how to fly across the vast and rugged mountain terrain of beautiful Alaska.
There is a pilot who works at this company named Louie. He recently had a emergency landing and really showed how knowledgeable and just overall a good pilot he really is. I write this to show my appreciation to him
