THEY CUT MY ENVE FORK TUBE WITHOUT MY CONSENT so many things to list but this takes the cake and say’s everything i bought an enve melee from wrench science lots of money and waited roughly 3 months therefore lots of time to dot the i’s and cross the t’s i made it quite clear to charlie the salesman i needed the 40 mm of spacer height under the stem to avoid neck issues they cut the fork tube 10 mm without my consent and fernando then blamed it on me and won’t do anything about it i contacted enve they’re not pleased

Be very careful when buying from this company. I bought a brand new Pinarello Dyodo. They assembled it and we made an appointment for pickup. I pointed out the the cranks were used. The guy (Taylor) said they were brand new but he would ask the service department. He brought the bike into the store and brought it back out with the story that it looks like this because,"It's a common problem with unidirectional carbon." .... except these cranks were just plain old. I was in shock they would try to sell me used parts on a new... read more
