Very friendly service and knowledgeable. I bought my first e bike and Joe walked me through everything. I’ve been to other bike shops and they look at you like you’re not rich enough for their product. Joe did not try to sell me the most expensive bike. He picked a bike that fit my needs after getting to know a little about me by taking time to talk to me. I am confident that they will continue with great service when I need maintenance done on my bike.

This family-owned business was a great find in my e-bike shopping journey. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and take the time to talk perspective buyers through a lot of the minutia of the various models. Before shopping, I’d done a fair amount of research on the topic, but even had I not I feel like I would have walked away qualified to write a paper on the offerings.
