Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great customer service, always wiling to work with our schedule to minimize time off the bike.
Super cool and smart dudes. Went above and beyond to help me out when I was In a pinch. Solid customer service and craftsmanship. Definitely found my new go to bike shop.
The staff at Wrench and Roll provide excellent customer service. Their service is excellent. I liked that they took the time to teach my son about his bike and adjust it to his height and weight. I highly recommend this shop.
The first time I went here I spent around $1,000 for a full service. The tech refused to test ride my bike to help diagnose a problem I was reporting. From that service they had installed contaminated/faulty brake pads. This was brought to their attention immediately and they attempted to fix by sanding and switching front pads with rear but this did not resolve. They said they would stand behind their work but when I revisited to have them replace the brake pads they charged me. Will not return and do not recommend.
Great place the guys running it are great people and always take care of us.
