Kit is incredibly knowledgeable. He communicates very well, so makes the experience comfortable. You know exactly what to expect. He's also a great listener. Overall cool guy. Very quick follow-up with information after assessments too.
I’ve been seeing Kit for the last two months to rehab a shoulder injury that apparently is part of a long history of neglect to my left side. He’s been able to address not only my shoulder but the root cause of the issue… which I thought was the shoulder but it’s not. He’s great about explaining what he thinks is going on and his at home rehab exercises keep the healing process moving. To top it off, he’s truly genuine and easy to talk to.
Kit’s treatments extend far beyond the 90 minute session as he is so good at educating me (I love picking his brain) on how I can better incorporate daily practice to achieve lasting body wellness. His work is also superior in that he works to balance the whole body.
