Not very helpful. I called to find out when I could pick up some pine shavings. I told them I was looking for 4 yards. The man said to come over anytime. When I showed up a couple hours later, they said they wouldn't bother load up my trailer because it wasn't worth it and they had a $100 minimum charge. They said my trailer was too small, but I've had the trailer loaded by a large construction loader before no problem. Really, they just didn't want to bother. They should have told me this when I called.
Great family owned business with great customer service and personal attention. Go to Robinson Lumber before going to a big box chain.
