I would give 0 stars if possible. Very poor communication if any at all, was quoted one price for transport then received a higher invoice. After picking up my horse, I was then informed that they hired a secondary hauler of which I had no information nor did I approve of and was billed another amount from the hauler they hired. BEWARE! Do not hire them as you will be stressed the whole trip as to the location and health of your animal with numerous undisclosed charges.
