David is a patient, friendly guy who is easy to discuss finances and mortgage options with. I initially thought would be a complex mortgage but he turned around a mortgage offer very quickly at a good rate. Would recommend to all to friends and family.

I had the pleasure of working with Conor as our mortgage advisor and the service we received throughout has been exceptional. This is my first time applying for a mortgage and Conor was there to answer any questions or queries I had, no matter what time of day it was! He was just a text away. Nothing seemed too much for him. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

David is the absolute best Mortgage broker I've ever met, and I've tried working with a few beforehand. In fact, I'd dare to say he's one of the best service providers I've ever had the pleasure of working with, forget mortgages alone. He didn't ask me to post this and he might have even forgotten about this. Although I know once he sees it, he'll remember because somehow, he manages to juggle everything whilst making you feel like a priority on a personal level. I have been using David Buckland, at WPP Financial Services for a few years now, on both new mortgage applications and renewals. He provides an amazingly efficient service and yet feels very personable. Keeping things as straight forward and simple as possible, whilst taking away any unnecessary stress, which is greatly appreciated. I genuinely could not recommend David more highly.
