The guys are top notch. I have a small show. I am running two 16 channel standard and 4 RGB singing trees and I always have an issue syncing them together every year. Even know they are slammed they are always very patient and don't make me feel as inadequate as I am with my knowledge of the systems. After the holidays Michael jumped on my PC remotely and upgraded my system and talked me through how to set up my shows with the latest software. These guys are amazing they helped me set up my halloween and christmas show. Every order has been at my doorstep within 3 days. Everytime I've had an issue Brian or Michael were quick to respond and help me get my issue fixed. I will only use these guys for their amazing customer support.
so at first i had no issues with these guys...then one of my controllers had an issue and i contacted them and they told me the problem and i did send my controller back for repairs as instructed back in January and here we are coming on mid to late March and i have contacted them several times and i have not got one response from them since the initial tech support help back during the holiday season
