The absolute worst cable company. There’s always a connection issue. They take their precious time anytime you call in an issue. Horrible customer service. There’s also no office Dothan. Everything is done online or you’ll have to drive to Ashford with the risk of the office being closed during business hours. HORRIBLE!!!!!!
Can not talk to a person in person. Have to wait on phone for over an hour to find out they are having an outage. Would not recommend this outfit to anyone.
Customer service is horrible nobody is willing to help especially when service is not working and the techs will try to steal your gift card that you are suppose to receive
If I could leave 0 stars I would. First of all I signed up for 500gb upload and download speed. Only was getting 250 average. The worst of this company came when I was moving and had to cancel my service. They were supposed to send my box for equipment return to my new address. I had to reach out to them 4 times and it took nearly 2 months to finally get a box delivered to me because they kept sending it to my old address.
